The school day

The school opens at 8.20 am for students and closes at 3 pm (3.15 pm for Nursery PM children). The total hours of statutory education provided in a typical week are 32.5 hours. Morning registration time lasts until 8.50 am, and after this, any child is marked as late.

Children arriving after 9 am will receive a U mark, indicating that they have arrived after registration has closed , and this will be recorded as an unauthorised absence.

It is very important that pupils arrive on time in the morning and are collected on time at the end of the day.
